The Twinsburg Garden Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the love and beauty of nature in the community, state and nation.
Members from Twinsburg and the surrounding communities enjoy gardening and have an interest in expanding their knowledge. Monthly meetings feature guest speakers who share their expertise through talks and presentations. Topics including perennials, landscaping, protecting our environment, recycling efforts and decorating. Field trips take us to public gardens and nature areas.
Local civic projects include involvement with various Twinsburg public gardens, making evergreen swags to decorate city street signs at Christmas, and various educational programs. The Club also judges and submits “Featured Garden” photos to The Twinsburg Bulletin.
The Garden Club’s major fundraiser is the annual May Plant Sale featuring perennials, annuals, vegetables, and gift items. Proceeds go to scholarships and other charitable causes.
